finly.lk is an information service, not a financial advisory. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. We aggregate publicly available credit-card offers from Sri Lankan banks into a searchable directory — that's it.

Whether a particular card, deal, or discount makes sense for you depends on your personal circumstances — your spending habits, credit profile, and financial goals. We can't advise on that, and we don't try to.

We do our best to keep the data fresh and accurate. Our scraper runs daily and pulls directly from each bank's public promotions page. But bank offers change without notice, and automated extraction isn't infallible.

Specifically, we don't independently verify:

  • Minimum spend requirements — These can vary by branch or card variant
  • Merchant participation — Not all branches of a merchant chain may honour an offer
  • Validity dates — Banks sometimes extend or withdraw offers early
  • Stacking rules — Whether offers combine with other promotions
